Deposit refund
Deposit €300 (payable on arrival) is required. It will be refunded after the inspections at the end of the stay.
Advance payment
Advance payment is payable upon booking and the difference to the total amount has to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date – to the bank account or by PayPal or upon arrival (in cash). We don’t accept credit cards.
Cancellation
If you cancel at least 45 days before arrival, the advance booking will be returned in full (100% minus the deduction of bank fees). After this period, the deposit is not refundable.
CONTRACT of providing accommodation in the household
In order to establish a transparent and fair relationship and for you to be sure of what you get and what it involves, we have prepared a contract which needs to be signed by both parties. Please fill it out after receiving confirmation of your reservation.
